This is intended to be a repository for anyone interested in investigating the phenomenon of Targeting - monitoring, harassment and control - of which the so called Targeted Individual (or TI for short) has become a victim. A growing number of individuals are stepping forward to talk about their experiences, including intelligence officials (like ex NSA Analyst Karen Melton Stewart and ex NSA Director William Binney). Targets are being refused any help by the law enforcement community and are trying their best to discover what the Targeting is about and who is behind it. The most common speculation about how the system works, supported by whistleblower Karen Melton Stewart, involves targets ending up illegally (occasionally by personal enemies with the right contacts) being put on a criminal watchlist, which supposedly has many consequences for the target. Their rights are stripped, making them convenient subjects of non-consensual experimentation of non-lethal coercion technologies.

Unfortunately, we TIs, as ordinary citizens (with no help from any sort of law enforcement, media etc), have very little power of investigation. We are not in any position to check credentials of anyone who steps forward to speak on the subject (apart from exceptional cases, like William Binney). Or, even If they are in fact who they claim they are, we can't determine if they are telling the truth or spreading disinformation (there is also the fact that legitimate speakers might share speculations without the care of declaring them as such). Every TI knows our communities are filled with fake profiles spreading disinformation. In fact, many TIs claim there seem to be more numerous fake profiles than genuine profiles. Even some TI 'leaderships', like group moderators for instance, frequently display shady behavior. So, anyone investigating the subject should not immediately take anything at face value, and never trust his or her research to a single source (which might be a plant). Nevertheless, we consider there is more than enough evidence, from reputable sources, to indicate that many of the elements TIs speculate as being part of the process are at least plausible or likely true.

Appeal

Please, help us raise awareness about this issue. Nobody is safe while this system is being run. It could be you, or someone you love, who becomes the next victim. Targets are completely helpless - they are isolated and have every part of their lives sabotaged. The mental health community will consider him or her delusional or schizophrenic and he or she can become ostracized if he or she tells anyone about what is happening to them.

We need, specifically, journalists, politicians, lawyers and human rights activists to help us. Anyone is invited to help us by any means possible. By sharing any of this information is of great help. Thank you.
