Karen Melton Stewart

In short, it is stated: Karen Melton Stewart was an NSA analyst from 1982 to 2009,  working with national intelligence estimates. During the American invasion of Iraq, she was working on the Weapons and Space Directorate. Over 6 months, she produced a report on jammers (sold by Russia to Iraq) that ‘got kudos’ for saving around 2000 lives (Pentagon estimates). But, according to her,  the report was hijacked and ‘used to give a double promotion to ‘a woman who was sleeping her way through the managers above’. And when she asked about this, ‘all hell broke loose’. She was ‘defamed, stalked and harassed’ using NSA security, from 2006 to 2009, when she was put on administrative leave. She then hired a lawyer to sue them, which caused her to be fired in 2010. She has then been defamed, stalked, harassed and attacked relentlessly with electromagnetic weapons - even after she moved to her parents house in Florida (she stated that the campaign follows you wherever you are). Karen has been denied help by law enforcement. In an example of interaction she gave during the interview, a law enforcement officer explicitly stated he was not allowed to help her, implying these were orders from someone above him:

“I went to this duty officer,  told him, and he said ‘what is your name again?’ and he said ‘come on, follow me to the parking lot’. And he went  to what looked like a private car, maybe his own personal sedan, and he opened the trunk and he took out a handful of folders. And he said ‘Ah! there you are!”’  and he opened it up and read a little bit and he said ‘I'm not allowed to help you.’ (meaning ‘you don't have any civil or constitutional rights’). ‘I'm not allowed to help you or take a report, sorry, bye.’”

When in an ER during the targeting in a certain occasion, she also had her medical records adulterated in order to hide the targeting of her kidney electromagnetic weapons (they tried to suggest it was a kidney stone by using someone else’s X ray - but it turned out that X Ray had an organ missing so it was possible to say it was not hers):

“I was actually sent to the ER with them targeting one of my kidneys. I originally thought that I had a kidney

stone but when I got there and waited for them to do the X-ray and get back to me, there was a doctor who came back and said ‘okay here's your kidney stone it should be out in the next week … oh I see you've had an organ removed’. Is it no I never have,  Can you be born without whatever organ is missing? He said ‘no you can't.. so this isn't your X-ray’”

 Karen actually found out exactly who was  going from house to house in the neighborhood to set up the campaign in Florida, and it turned out it was one Fusion Center (“Mr. Kennedy”) employee and an FBI (Annie White) employee.

The main statements she gave:

• Fusion centers were created to  fight terrorism after 9/11. There are things called 'terrorist watchlists', and they had two tiers: 1 and 2.
• Tiers 3 and 4 were created on these lists specifically to evade accountability. People can be put there without the due process and for no reason. They are called 'non investigative subjects'.
• People are being fraudulently put on those lists (by powerful people and institutions) for revenge or non consensual experimentation. She says fusion centers became "vengeance for hire" entities.
• Once on the list, the victim will become target of a endless psychological torture campaign (similar to Stasis Zersetzung).
• Civilians (including criminal gang members) recruited and paid to participate in the campaign by various means: Maybe following him around (walking or by car), slashing his tires, keeping an eye on him etc.
• False dossiers are created, to put the population against the target (which suffers character assassination) and "justify" the attacks.

• Classified microwave weapons might be used against the target. In her case, they were provided by the Naval security group.
• These lists are being kept a secret. When someone, even from the congress, tries to find out what is happening they just say 'you don't have the needed clearances'.
