This is not intended to be a case by case proof gathering - like audios or videos of someone getting attacked. This would require 24/7 recording (of oblique communication - always done with plausible deniability) since the attacks are unpredictable and span over many hours. Also, as said, the themes of the attacks frequently include weaknesses of the targets. They might be real or false - in the sense that it might either spring from an actual flaw or from the fact that the target is especially sensitive to a certain kind of accusation or insult even if it's not grounded in reality. That makes many targets reluctant to discuss the subject - but even then, you will find some testimonies and videos on the internet. Many of them involve things like addiction, drug abuse, sexual issues and behavioral problems in general, but some of them don’t involve any of it. The focus here will be the existence of the practices which form the basis of the attacks, namely: Electromagnetic weapons, non consensual experiments, 'mind control' experiments and large networks of civilians acting covertly against someone.

• There are RF-weapons capable of interfering with the body (including the nervous system) remotely. And their existence is being hidden from the public.
• There was a Russian program centered around a set procedures named 'psycho correction' (or 'psycho accoustic correction'), indented to subliminally and covertly change someones behavior and personality, even without their knowledge or consent, by sending signals to their brain and this technology was imported by the U.S. in the early 90's.
• There are networks of people, which includes both government and non government actors, assembled to covertly monitor, harass and attack people for various reasons. People who were blacklisted for some reason. And their existence is being hidden from the public.
• The American government is lying about these things - as it consistently did in the past regarding similar subjects (and it will take a tremendous effort for it to open up).

 

All of these things have to be exposed. Nobody is safe while this system is running.

Summary of the most relevant information

 

What the information on this website supports is:

• US imported Sovietic Mind-Control technology and techniques in the early 90's, which were part of a government funded 'psycho correction' (or 'acoustic psycho correction') program aimed at changing the behavior or willing or unwilling subjects.
• Electromagnetic weapons which can alter bodily functions (including brain functions) or kill are here since at least 1987 and at that time they were already worried they could be assembled using of the shelf parts. 
• The American government is now clearly hiding the existence of RF-Weapons (despite them being revealed in the 80’s). For a) It simply refused to discuss the subject with Chuck de Caro in 1985, even when he already had gathered a large amount of info on the subject directly from researchers (something he did it again in 1987). b) Refused to give any info to renowed  lawyer Mark Zaid with regards to his client, an ex NSA analyst who had his nervous system damaged while working in a foreign adversary country in the late 90s, until the point, in 2014  they revealed, through a document that in 2012 the NSA knew that specific foreign adversary country had a high powered microwave weapon what could damage the nervous system without leaving an evidence, c) The document was obtained by Mark Zaid 2 years before the 'havana syndrome incident' in 2016 and d) ‘Havana Syndrome’ has been consistently denied as being caused by RF-Weapons. The latest report (2003) said "There is no one explanation for these incidents. Instead, there are many different possible causes including environmental as well as social factors and preexisting medical conditions.". And this while 1 - A report by the American National Academy of Science consistent with the result of pulsed microwave weapons. 2 - The fact that a CIA doctor sent to investigate the issue in Havana acquired the syndrome during his stay there.
• A connection between RF-weapons development and American 'fight on terror' was stated in 1985 to CNN by an anonymous whistleblower to Chuck de Caro  in an CNN special. The same connection was made by colonel John B. Alexander to the Washington post in 2007 and by NSA analyst Karen Stewart (TI and whistleblower) to Jeffrey Prather in 2022.
• Mind control weapons and electronic behavior modification were openly defended by colonel John B Alexander in an interview to The Washington post in 2007 - and they said that at that time they could already to it. This interview was specifically about targeted individuals. In the same interview, he suggested that, despite the abuses, ending MK-Ultra like research was a mistake because it was needed for the war on terror. This connects to the early news about soviet mid control techniques.
• The continuous covert monitoring and harassment and sabotage by a large network of civilians, which is declared implausible, unfeasible by deniers of the targeting and an evidence of delusion has the very well documented historic example of Zersetzung practiced by the Stasi, of which victims a) Had no idea who was behind it, b) Were invariably not believed when trying to get help.

    • Technology able to "probe and correct the psychic contents of human beings despite their will or conscience", which existed since the 70's in Soviet Union, was on the verge of being imported by the US. Its was explicitly said they intended to hide it because ""World opinion is not ready for dealing appropriately with the problems coming from the possibility of direct access to the human mind.". Voice to skull (as ''bone conducting sound waves' delivered through 'electronic communication links') is explicitly mentioned in article. 

• Article ‘Mind Games’ by The Washington Post in 2007

• American colonel John B Alexander clearly said  a) the military has been pursuing mind control technology, b) it is interested in behavior modification research (mainly for the purpose of 'fighting terrorism'), c) was close (in 2007) to the point they could electronically reprogram someone’s behavior and finally that d) stopping mind control experiments because of the abuses in MK-Ultra is  "to throw the baby out with the bath water."". 
• In the same article mentioned in the previous item, it was said the army had patented in 2002 a device who can send voices into someone’s mind through microwaves (whose proof of concept was made in 1994). The responsible laboratory refused to give further details of the continuation of this project.

• Article ‘WEA 1/4PMS’ by The Washington Post in 1987

  • "With a direct hit by an RF bolt, the brain shuts down. There is total neural disorientation. Cardiac and respiratory control functions cease.
  • "A near-miss by a powerful RF bolt can manifest itself as a heat pulse that penetrates the central nervous system. Inside the brain, a violent thermo-elastic expansion and contraction will produce neural disturbances, a sensation of light flashes, loud noises and total disorientation."
• Radio Frequency weapons were 'near deployable' in 1987. In an interview, Dr. Robert Becker, "a physician twice nominated for the Nobel prize for his work in the bioeffects of electromagnetic fields",  said:
• The Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda, tested low power ELF (extremely low frequency electromagnetic waves) radiation in rats and it was shown it can a) possibly cause behavioral changes in animals; b) interact with cells to cause rather immediate chemical changes in living systems; c) cause long-term effects, such as hormonal imbalances, bone growth, etc.; and d) interact directly with neurons in the brains of humans, causing firing rate entrainment of specific neurons and/or sets of neurons."

• Ex NSA intelligence analyst Karen Stewart (who became a target after complaining someone else took credit for her job) said people are being fraudulently put (for vengeance, by connected people) in two new terrorist watchlists tiers created to evade accountability (because they don't require the due process for insertion and are also secret). 
• Once there, the person loses his/her civil rights and becomes target of an endless monitoring and psychological torture campaign, enabled by a network of paid civilians, which includes the use of classified electromagnetic weapons. 
• At the center of these process are the fusion centers, created to combat domestic terrorism (which she says became 'vengeance for hire' entities).
• Powerful people use their influence to put people on those lists for the most banal reasons - ranging from being an undesired coinheritor to refusing sexual advances.
• They are using people on these lists for nonconsensual experfimentation, seizing on the fact that they lost their rights and law enforcement is not allowed to help them

    • A well documented example of a very large network of informal civilian collaborators working for the government who would covertly spy and help to destroy the personal circumstances of a target with allegedly subversive activities.

  • The declassified document “Bioeffects of selected nonlethal weapons” from the American government 

    • From 1998, contains concepts of nonlethal weapons. Two of them are microwave hearing and disruption of neural control using pulsed microwave.
